It’s Friday!!! Which means its time for another family day. Today we got lucky and had Brent’s mom and stepdad join us for the day.
We woke up, enjoyed some breakfast tacos, watched the weather, learned it was supposed to be 60 degrees and sunny and thought we should take a trip to the zoo. 
Does it look like it was 60 degrees and sunny to you? It didn’t feel like it either! 
Luckily I had thrown winter coats in the car “just in case”.
But regardless of the weather, we had a blast feeding the birds, watching the elephants, looking at the baby lion try to get in to see its mommy, eating lunch, and playing with just about everything. Even with the cold, it was a fun morning at the zoo!
We spent the rest of the afternoon napping, 
playing Wii, and taking a trip to eat at Babes (or “hokey pokey” as the girls fondly call it because they get to dance the Hokey Pokey in the aisle every time we go). We were even blessed to have Nana and Pappa join us for family worship tonight.
